Wayne has been in the construction industry for over 25 years. From a hod carrier to a director managing multi-million-pound construction contracts. With a vast amount of experience across all aspects including, 

Team Building, Leadership & Development, Construction Management, Brickwork, H&S, Resource Planning, Forecasting, Quality Control, Site Management, Contract Negotiation & Management, Reporting, Budget Management, Problem Solving, Process Improvement,  Planning & Scheduling, Recruitment,  Customer Service and Client & Stakeholder Management.

Joe has been in the industry since he started his brickwork apprenticeship at the age of 16. Since that time, Joe has carried out numerous roles within the construction industry including, all aspects of brickwork, contracts manager and large site projects manager. 

​

Joe has gained a wealth of experience during this time and is highly skilled in all aspects of construction projects.
